My favourite wine (this week)
and the award goes to………….. Clyde Village 2006 Pinot Noir. This is a lighter style Pinot with a wonderful flavour of cherries and strawberries; perfect with a roast leg of lamb, scored with rosemary and cooked v-e-r-y slowly. Life is good!
